I was shown a new way to work my biceps 2 days ago and they still hurt like hell today. Is it normal as it has never happemed before.
We done 3 sets of 21 curls, but split them up into 3 groups. For the first one we went from fully extended up to chest, then from half way up to chest, then from chest to half way. Then for the next 21 we would change the order around, and man were my arms sore then.
