Was thinking of switching up my routine to:
day 1- chest/tri
day 2- cardio 1hr empty stomach AM
day 3- legs
day 4- back bi
day 5- cardio 1hr empty stomach AM
day 6- shoulders, traps, forarms
day 7- cardio 1hr empty stomach AM
not doing weights on cardio, I am about to go on cycle and am hoping this will help me burn fat + add LBM. I am tired all day after morning cardio so its tough for me to have a good workout in the PM after AM cardio. Was thinking this may give me more time to recover? what do you guys think
