    Every one is different bro.

I would hit overtraining on that workout in two weeks.

What are you trying to do? This is one of the stranger workouts I have ever seen. No offence, but really, what is the goal of this, to completely thrash your body?

I agree man. To me this would be a workout to try to overtrain as quickly as possible. Unless you would do only one exercise for each bodypart, personally, I would try something else.

Got this workout from a friend who got it from a BB he knows. My friend is going to give it a try and and wanted me to try it as well. My first thought was that is sounded like too much.

BTW, The BB said that this exercise puts on mass, adds strength, and helps you cut, all in one workout. Sounded like BS to me, so that's why I posed it here. You guys backed up what I thought was true.

I should state that the "light" workout each day is very low weight and only serves to give the muscle a "pump".
