Shoulders... you can do upright rows before them, hitting the delts and traps.

Shoulders. I like to keep the blood in one are while lifting for the best pump. Thats why I don't like to do chest and tris together. Its probably in my head though!

I'll do 2 sets of shrugs on shoulder day. Thats it
My traps get enough work with deads. When you use heavy weight, and it rotate my shoulders up and back at the peak of the movement, my traps get a severe blasting anyway!

Do them with Back if you deadlift.
Otherwise throw them in with shoulders.

do it both days. unless back and shoulders are right after each other

BACK, but again I do deads, and the trapz are a back muscle, plus I do back on thurs and then shoulders in fri. so with all the stimulation of the trapz in my back workout i just through em in on that day, its all preference really.

by the way, who even needs a shoulders day? between chest and back they get more than enough work. just throw some side raises and 3 sets of barbell military on the end of your chest day.

Best to hit your rear delts on back day as well.

both, my back and shoulder days are far enough apart.
-

chest, light shoulders, tri's
back, heavy traps, bi's
shoulders, abs
legs
depends on what you are looking for... if your goal is to get huge traps, do them on both days, if you only wanna do then once a week... definately on back day... you use your traps a lot when you do back... when you do rowing motions your traps pull a lot of the weight, especially rows where your hands are relatively close together... def. back day... just finish them off after your rows and shi*... imo

Imo you train trapz when you deadlift so you dont need to train trapz if yo deadlift.
But if i for some reason dont deadlift that week then i do traps with my shoulders.

I dont do any trap work, my traps get all the work they need deadlifting.

I do them on shoulder day. But right before I leave the gym i do a burn out set of standing dumbbell clean.
Start with the 20 then 17 1/2 then 15 doesnt sound like much but on the second set the 17 1/2 get pretty ****ing heavy and by the 15 its hurting like hell. The third set is out of this world give it try you will be one sore mutha fvcka. But change the weight acccording to what you think will hurt the most(with out lossing form!!!!!!)

I do em on back day. I deadlift so I feel it is a better overall pump to tie the whole back together so to speak.

IMO Definitely 2x week.
I do back and shoulder day. I believe large enough muscle to recover easily at 2x per week.
