    new workout

    this is the split i'm going to start using, any sugustions on what type of excrisces i should do for each bodypart???
    (I'm going for 4sets12-15reps uping the weight every set)
    Day 1: chest/bi's
    Day 2: sholder/traps
    Day 3: off
    Day 4: back/tri's
    Day 5: legs
    Day 6&7: off
    Abs, caves, forarms everyother day (should i do cardio?)

    chest: incline press, flat press, flyes, crossovers
    Bis: bb curl, hammer curl, preacher curl, high cable curl
    shoulders: db press, lateral raises, rear delt machine, bb front raises
    Traps: bb/behind back shrug, db shrug, upright rows
    Back: deads, chins, bb rows, cable rows
    Tris: closegrip press, nosebreakers, weighted dips, extentions
    Legs: squats, leg press, hack squats, curls

    Switch routine periodically, from machines to bb to db.

    how offten should i switch it up, like ever workout, week, month etc...

    do legs day 1 or day 2.

    how are you gonna be able to do shoulders after chest?

    idk, geuss thats y i'm asking questions, legs after my chest day is a good idea, thanks bro
