this is the split i'm going to start using, any sugustions on what type of excrisces i should do for each bodypart???
(I'm going for 4sets12-15reps uping the weight every set)
Day 1: chest/bi's
Day 2: sholder/traps
Day 3: off
Day 4: back/tri's
Day 5: legs
Day 6&7: off
Abs, caves, forarms everyother day (should i do cardio?)![]()
