how do i do these workouts
what are barbell rows,pulldowns, and leg presses. im sure ive done all of these but im readin this thing in flex mag. on brute strength and it says to do these

Your profile says you been training for two years and you are getting ready to start a cycle and you do not know what are those exercises??
