This is Good exercise to pump up the Bi's and its fun
you need a partner for this (it works better. you could do it alone i guess)
we call this "plus 1"
use the straight bar (the one you use for benching) weight is optional
face each other
you do one full curl then hand the bar to your partner and he does one full curl.
he hands the bar back to you and now you do 2
curls hand the bar back to your partner and he does 2 curls and hands the bar back to you
now you do 3 curls and so on till you reach 10
sounds easy but then all is said and done you have done 55 curls
