Hey, I was just wondering what I should do about my legs. I mean i'm walking around on tree trunks over here. and their especially huge now that im cycling again. This is not a good thing, I have maybe one pair of jeans out of about 20 that I can fit in comfortably, the others are too **** tight on my thighs. I've tried buying bigger waistlines but then they just fall off my ****in waist and their still tight in the legs.
Do you think I should continue training my legs, or increase my reps, or what. Im already doin 12 and 15 set reps. The other bad thing is, they are in proportion to the rest of my body. I dont wanna look disproportionate, but ****t I wanna be able to fit in my clothes.
Stats: 5'11-6', 265 12% BF
Normal leg workout: Leg extensions 4 sets 15,12,12,10
Squats 4 sets 15,12,12,10 usually start around 415 end around 475 or so. or hacks.
hack squats: 4 sets 15, 12,12,10 start with 4 plates end with 7, the other hack machines i've tried I can start with around 10 plates, and end with about 15
Leg Press: 4 sets 15,12,12,10 end around 1700 or so.
I know this is alot of info, but let me know what you think I need to do.
