    2 quick questions.

    1. I know cardio should be done in the am on an empty stomach, but I cant
do it then. is in the afternoon 2hours after a meal ok?
    2. is there any exercise that will work the outer bicept better? I seem to be growing way more on the inside and want to balance it out a bit.

    thanks bros

i've heard people recommend HIIT for afternoon cardio. do a search for it.

and i think hammer curls are supposed to hit your outer bicep, maybe change up your grip on a supercurl bar so that its more reverse.. i have the same problem

i'm pretty sure doing a curl it wont work ONLY the forearms but yea it does hit it. i would go 100% reverse, theres supercurl/easycurl bars at the gyms that you can change it so you're not completely reverse.. I personally like doing the hammercurls where my grip is completely vertical, I saw a major difference when i was doing that versus doing straight curls and easy bar curls..

Why "can't" you do cardio in the a.m.?

HIIT in the afternoon is not the same as doing it in the a.m. at a lower intensity to utilize fat as the energy source.

Your desired results dictate what your cardio is.

my bad, i didnt mean to say it was the same, but better than nothing.

I myself have a very hard time ever doing cardio in the morning for 45 minutes because i get up at 7:00 and wont go to bed early enough to get up 1 hour prior.

It's challenging at times, but when I want something I know works, for me I know what I have to do. It's worth the end product.

well I would love to do am cardio but I got to be at work before the gym even opens.
and due to a bad knee injury running is not an option for me right now. my desired results, right now I am bulking so I am just doing it to keep up. soon I will be cutting
and want to be as efficent as I can. right now I am 14%bf and want to be 10%
by july. I have a pretty good diet so is this goal realistic?

    for ez-bar and straight bar:

    outside grip works inside

    inside grip works outside
