eat alot, workout alot, and sleep alot....sounds easy doesnt it?
Eat some of your avatar and do some 15lb db concentration curls.........
deadlift, squat, bent over barbell rows
If your talking about overall size work you tri's with the lifts that let you handle the most weight. Dips close grip bp and skull crushers

Swolecat has a great post on arms thats has done alot for me, i was overtraining them. Hit arms when there pre exausted. for bi's heavy w/fourm bb curls and db straight up hammers. tri's close grip bench and sculls.

Oh yeah JSIMON I'd say do some 21s. I done them for the first time 2wks ago and it works
21's are awesome. theres tons of info on how to train arms available on the net and from posts here. Somethin to keep in mind tho is to eat alot of food, and, your core lifts will help u with your arms. Alot of backwork involves arms and makes em grow. Also, if your using wrist wraps, stop. They take your forearms out of it mostly, and thats not what we want in this case. Somethin good i read in an issue of MD, forgot who said it, but its true. "If you want bigger legs, SQUAT. If you want bigger arms, SQUAT, if you want bigger anything, SQUAT." Dont slack on your squats and youll see overall progress.
