I took off from Dec to March because it was really bad. Dr said that I had tendonitis. Now, it's back in full force and is even jumping to my left arm now, blah! I ice it after workouts 15 mins on, 15 off, 15 on and take IB Profen. I use the tennis elbow wraps too but when i get a pump theyre too tight (i use mediums, large seems like it would be too big without a pump going).
I also got nike "structured" lifting gloves, and they provide wrist support which helps alleviate some of the pain. I would definitely look into getting them if you cant get around it. Only thing is that since it gives wrist support then perhaps your wrist wont strengthen, but its a tradeoff.
