Hi everyone,
Since day one I was told to only do 4 sets of 4 exercises for everything except arms I was told to do 3 sets of 3 exercises , I now see people doing 5-6 sets and 5 or more exercises. I'd like to understand why? Isn't it overtraining to do more than 4 sets of 4 exercises? What are your views?
I also see that people do less than 8 reps sometimes and I always thought that anything under 8 reps was a waste, again what are your views?
