    alternating workouts

    is it a good idea to alternate between 2 workouts or max out 1 workout and then move on to the next after like 6-8weeks???

    Agreed, but its also how well you react to each routine...it takes some guys years to figure out what works for them..

    ok but how will you beable to max out an exercise if you're constantly doing soemthing different???

    you dont have to change it all together. just the order you do exercises with &/or the entire routine

    you max out everytime you do an exercise?!?!?!?

    what i mean by "max out" is to become as strong as possible at that specific exercise then move on!

    I am in my second week of Undulating Periodization and I am not for sure what to think about it yet. I'll keep you guys posted.
