Ok I'm about to start my 3rd cycle which is:
Wk 1-14 Deca (400mg)
Wk 1-15 Test E (500mg)
Wk 1-5 Test Prop (75mg ed)
Wk 15-17 Test Prop (75mg ed)
Now I'm also going to be starting a new workout routine and this is it:

Monday-Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, Abs
Tuesday-Legs, Abs
Wednesday-Rest
Thursday-Chest, Calves, Abs
Friday-Back, Traps
Saturday-Rest
Sunday-Rest
It's a 4 week cycle routine meaning:
Week 1 (Heavy) 4 sets 6-8 reps
Week 2 (Really Heavy) 2 sets 6-8 reps
Week 3 (Burn-out) 1 set 50 reps using the rest pause method
Week 4 (High Reps) 4 sets 12-15 reps
On Wed, Sat, Sun I'm going to do cardio.
