I've never done cardio, so basically i dont know what the hell a good cardio workout is.
Do i just run for like 45mins?
How fast? Incline?
im just trying to shed some body fat, im at like 11% now, i wanna get down to about 9%.

runnin is good but if you want to preserve that muscle go for 45min at mod intense like 60-70%MHR ... usually its easiest on an elip or at a fast walk w/5grade treadmill
Running isn't a top choice for an effective cardio workout IMO.

Don't listen the all the fat asses walking around trying to say you should have your HR at 200bpm to see results...
Had some tell me this today....they never cease to amaze me. I called them on it and said, ok you come and try my cardio routine and i bet you quit 10-15 minutes in as they think going at 75% and around 65rpm is slow and you don't sweat, well i don't know about you all but i sweat like a pig and by no means is 65rpm slow on an elliptical. Like they would even know? Jesus!![]()
