whats up....last year feb 2004 i started working out to loose weight i was 300lbs and i lost a hell of alot of weight 125lbs and now i am a total gym freak, but my problem is i cant seem to gain lean body mass...i am a skinny bitch and i need help...can u give me a workout/diet/suppliments that will help me get hudge...i am 175lbs now and i want to be 205lbs by july...please help me not be skinny anymore....
