hey guys just a quick ? for yall, aight right now im in the process of bulking up and gaining as much mass as possible then right bf summer im going to cut down, ive been changing up rep range anywhere from 4reps to 12reps on each set and i was wondering would it be best for me to keep in the 4-8 rep range to gain the most size and if so just be consistant with those reps and go no higher than that unless its a wormup set plz through me ur input thanks a bunch fellas![]()
