yeah i know..thats the day i just changed, before it was shoulders that day and then my shoulders where sore after the back day....i like to give prioroty to chest and back right now...maybe i should swop legs and arms day??
or you can try it like this
m-Chest/tri
t-back/bi
w-off
t- shoulders and traps
f-legs
s-off
s-off
I personaly would do the first one I posted it works great. Ive been using that program for abot 7 months and have put on 27 lbs. I switch the workout every few weeks to shock my muscles. Take what you want from it, it works for me.
m-legs
t- chest/tris
w-off
th-back/bis
f-shoulders/traps
s-off
su-off
I just changed from a program when i was doing chest-tric and back-bic about a mont ago. I didnt like it...i like to separate them, i think i get more out of them then
Question Does it look good? Answer no. Explanation if you need one its because, its not good to do tris after chest day. Why it is overtraining them.Originally Posted by indica
So if you have to separate the muscle groups then try this.
monday- chest
tuesday- back
wednesday- off
thursday- shoulder/traps
friday- bis/tris
sat-legs
sun-off
It would really be better to try it the other way but like I said if you have to do em separate this should work.
Could you post what you were doing when you used to do it the other way (chest/tri and back/bi)?![]()
If you think this just because you can do more weight when separate you are wrong. Chest is a warm up for tris and back is a warm up for bis. So why not hit em heavy for about 12-15 reps each with some heavy weight.Originally Posted by indica
Yours muscles dont know the weight only you do.
Its not as much that i could do more weight but a little more diffrent exercises. I i just train for about 45min so thats a little to short IMO to fit back-bic in, with back beeeing such a big muscle group.
This is what ill do i think:
Mon-chest
Tue-Legs
Wen-Rest
Thu-shoulders
Fri-Bic-Tric
Sat-Rest
Sun-Back
well that makes a big diiference. When ever you ask for help post all INFOOriginally Posted by indica
it helps
