Ok first here's my split:
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Off
Day 3: Chest
Day 4: Back
Day 5: Off
Day 6: Shoulders / Traps
Day 7: Biceps / Triceps
Day 8: Off
On my biceps / triceps day I do:
Straight Bar Curls
Hammer Curls
Close Grip Bench Press
Skull Crushers
Dips
I do my chest day with dumbells movements. What I was wondering is if I could bench press on my tricep day cause I don't want to lose my bench (since I use the dumbells to workout on my chest day)? I'd switch the close grip to normal bench if I do that.
Good or bad idea? Any suggestions?
