im going to jail in 2 weeks for a month because of a stupid bar fight and i was wondering if anyone has a good routine for non weights, like push-ups and sit-ups.... maybe dips or something, i dont really know any suggestions would help.

Don't jails have weights?
nope no weights...
use items in cell for weights and just do alot of pushups pullups and dips
get a couple small inmates and use them as DB's
sit ups, pull ups, push ups, you can also do pushups with your feet about 4-5 feet high on the wall... this mimics a shoulder press... it will look like a handstand with your feet on the wall for balance and just do pushups... this is a great shoulder workout... you can also do lunges holding the heaviest thing you can find (try filling pillow case with books)...
Lots of pushups and tons of wide grip pullups and free body weight squats(see if you can hold your bed or something heavy on your shoulders maybe.)
do lunges holding the matress over you and do squats like van **** did in that movie except use your bed instead of bath tub b/c you don't wanna bend over in the bathroom!!!!!!
