Is this bullshit or what? The other week I saw an aquaintance at the gym, and he was sweating like crazy, and told me he was doing a circuit. (a circuit is when you go through your whole body doing 3 sets for every muscle without stopping for anyone who didn't know) He's not lifting for any sports related reason, so is this totally pointless. I could see it maybe increasing endurance, but that's about it. He told me he does it about once a month. I think he's a moron. What do you guys think?
