    training with maximal weights by c.poliquin. anyone tried?

    i found this artice:

    and id like to try it! anyone did it before?

    also, couple of questions:
    -when indicated A1 and A2 excercice, does it means superset?
    -how many times per wk for each muscle group?
    -should i do the push/pull system with this routine?

    He has laid out a Periodization Workout, yes, they are very effective.
    Do not superset. Rest 2 miutes as he indicated, however, you can do agonist/antagonist if you want to shorten your workout.
    Work each muscle group once per week.
    Do one muscle group per day, or else you will be in the gym for hours on end.

    thanks for your answer...but my bad english... what do you mean by:
    "He has laid out a Periodization Workout"
    also, ok, no superset, but when you doagonist/antagonist, do you superset the 2 muscles and then wait 2 mins?
