    Ow my elbows!

I've only been lifting for 2 months and lately my elbows are just killing me. It gets to the point where I can't sleep if I don't take something for it. Could it be from lifting heavy or maybe some form of tendinitis? Never had this problem before and I'm not taking anything at all. Searched but couldn't find anything specific. Pls help.

possible form of tendinitis..alot of people may take some sort of pain med before lifting and if it gets too bad u can try wrapping ur elbow...with like elbow pads before lifting

I had really bad pain in my forearms up to my elbows, when I started working out. I got some wrist wraps and I haven't had a problem since.

I often get pains in my elbows when benching heavy. I find popping some cod liver oil for a few weeks solves the problem.

bro just make sure that when you do any kind of benching or military presses with the barbell, that you dont lock out with your elbows. Stay away from close grip benching for a while. It will go away, mine did.

    Try this,
Wal Mart has a product out called Osteo- Flex. It aids in cartledge build up and is excellant for all of your joints. It is an over the counter product and it is fairly in expensive. About $16:00 a bottle.

Thanks Iron Chef. I'll head to Wally World tommorrow. The shit was acting up tonight during my workout so I had to cut it short.
