here is a forearm exercise that worked really good for me.i did some searchs didnt see it posted anywere or talked about, some variations of it but not like this.thats not to say it isnt here and u bros dont allready do it but here it is. get a bar about 2ft long,get rope about 3-4 feet long acording to your height.tie the rope to the centre of the bar and a heavy weight on the other end of the rope.now standing streight up arms bent like if you were pushing a lawn mower palms down roll one wrist forword at a time to wine the rope around the bar to pull the weight up to the bar.when the weight gets to the bar just reverse your motion to let the weight go back down to the floor now keeping that same motion bring the weight back up to the bar, reverse motion let weight go to foor.i concider that as one set.the trick with this is to keep a very controled motion and use heavy weight.i hope this exercise help some of u guys out good luck.
