Looking to cut up
Right now im all natural, wondering if htis routine would be benifial for gaining a few pounds but my main concern is cutting up???
MONDAY- CHEST
FLAT DUMBELL- X12 10 8 6 12
INCLINE DUMBELL- same, the 8 and 6 r done so that the last rep is exhaustion
DECLINE BENCH- 3 X12 (last one is almost exhaustion
Chest press 3X12- done very slow and really flex my chest to get a good stretch
TUESDAY- BACK
Hit lat row- 4x12
Lat pull down(wide) 4X12
Row machine(inside grip_ 4x12
that machine u load the weights on the front, then step up n the platform n pull it up kind alike a deadlift- 4X12
SHRUGS-5x10
I lay down flat on an incline bench on my stomach and do raises- 3X10
wed- legs (no need to add all this)
THURSDAY- SHOULDER/TRI's
Military smith machine(front) 12 10 8 6 12(same as my benches)
arnold presses- 3x10
side raises(palms foward) 3x10
front raises(bar) 3X10
Skull crushers- x10 x8 x6 x10
ezbar pushdown-3x10
rope pull down-3X10
another tricep excercise on the pec deck- 3X10
fri- Bis
ezbar sitting curls- 3x10
long bar- 12 10 8 6 12 same as bench
standing curls(start off palms facing side then come up and have them facing chest)3X10
incline bech curls(palms always fcing foward 3 X 10
Cardio 3 times a week, and abs 3 times a week, cardio 20 mins 2 miles
Ne suggestions to maybe gain a few pounds but more importantly get the rippes look?? or is htis workut not what im looking for, i pretty much devised it myself

20mins of cardio is nowhere near enough, it takes 20mins just to start burning cals u need at least 45mins to an hr of cardio

heres what i proposed after getting feedback on the workout i posted above,
Monday- Chest - Cardio
Tuesday- Legs/Bi's abs
Wed- Running/Abs
Thurs- Shoulders/tris/abs
Friday - back/cardio
sat- cardio/abs
in this workout i would be doing all the same exercises/sets n reps as the above, just moved some stuff around. Are my exercises/sets/reps correct for what i am trying to do, which is weigh about 195-200 but look more cut/lean, right now i weigh between 189 n 194 every scale is diff

your going to cut and try to gain weight? you want to cut becuase you have excess body fat you want to get rid of correct? Why not set goals to maintain or increase strength while losing the unwanted fat.

Heres the deal, i am 6'1 about 193 pounds, basically i would like to stay the same weight, but look more cut/ripped. My immediate goal is to get more cut, and look leaner. I mean i am looking for my end result to be 200 pounds and defined cut, and gaining weight is much easier fo me then it is to lose, so i figure my best approach is get on a cutting diet/workout routine and then once ive lost some bodyfat and look alittle better try n gain a few pounds. i posted the workout i am on now, and the one i am proposingm is using all the same exercises n sets, just alittle diff schedule during the week, if ne one can give me feedback on ne aspect of my workout id appreciate it
