    abs and cardio?

Should ab workouts be with cardio or seperate from cardio, i want the abs to show and just wondering what will bring the most fat burning potential in the mid section.

I seperate mine, because once I am finished with am cardio, I am ready to head to the house and eat my egg whites and turkey bacon. As far as fat burning potential, it will not matter when the abdominals are worked, as long as your cardio and diet removes the fat and your abs are developed.

I seperate mine also. Too drained after a workout and I cant go that long without food. Doing it like that will cause you too lose some mass.

After cardio, I dont' have the juice left to really kill my abs, so when I combined them I ended up half-assing the work out.

    Do them separate.
