    Anyone know any good abs workouts with the big ball?/

    Not the medicine balls the big ball they have at the gyms i fogot the technically name. But i did it the other day and my stomach felt like it was torn apart i like using it i just wish i knew some other ab workouts that i can do on it anyone have a link to a site or info that could help me out ?
