I know this exercise is good for your tris but i have no clue how to do it. Can someone help out or lead me to a website that will show me how to do it? Thanks for your help.

Skull crushers (lying triceps extentions). Lying flat on your back, you hold a barbell at arms length, hands a little closer than shoulder width apart. Lower the bar to your forehead keeping your elbows in and upper arms verticle (straight up and down). Stop just above the forehead and extend arms back out.
You get on the Flat bench , put a beret on your head. ummmm bad joke.Sorry.
Thanks bro. I've been doing those for about 7 years and had no clue that's what it was called.Originally posted by Pete235

Try them on decline bench seems to hit tri's bit harder for some reason, at least for me.
Makes sense. Thanks.Originally posted by eye_candy

Actually, I like them on a slight incline. I can come right to the top of my head and keep my elbows in perfect alignment. Try them both ways, it is always good to hit different angles.Originally posted by eye_candy
