Hi guys, i wonder if you guys can help me out about my training split. I train one body part per week, it´s a ABCDE routine and i don´t wanna change that, just the right days to train each body part so i can have a better rest, it goes like this:
Monday = Chest
Tuesday = Back
Wend= Off
Thursday = shoulders
Friday = Arms
Saturday = Legs
Sunday = Off
Do you guys think i can change the days i train each body part or it´s fine like this?![]()
