i noticed i was a lot weaker in the gym today
didnt even finish my workout, decided to take the day off

For sure...dehydration is a factor I think. Its just best to take a few days off when youre sick IMO.

colds ruin everything for me, i toppled over when dumbbell pressign when I was sick and I didn't know I couldn't lift my usual amount of weight lol

haha on my most recent cycle i got a cold ON WEEK 2, yeah not as bad as if it were week 5 or 6, i just beat myself in the head with my hand after sets and made got angry at my cold and i found myself lifting fine (dieting is also a lot harder i found myself really struggling to force down my ****), overload on vitamin C and when ur not working out rest and lots of liquids.
