Front raises
I would add two front and bent over rear raises
But since you only want one bent over rear raises
I quess front is better cause I get alot of work from my back exercises
imo you just have to play it by ear with the raises. personally my front heads grow like a weed so i don't do front raises just side and bent-over.
could you do cleans? they're a little easier on your joints than upright rows, but you get alot of the same benefits.

h yeah. when i was on halo i did them religiously and they were awesome. way safer for me than high pulls or upright rows. the only reason i'm doing upright rows now is because i don't have the grip strength i need after doing them- they kill my forearms way more than deads.Originally Posted by Narkissos
