noooo..
ive been hitting the iron pretty hard and my strength is getting crazy but my tendon or something hurts, right below my bi-cep every time i hit em its ok but after the workout i try to flex and it cramps its been going on for a while what do you guys think, whats the remedy.

I had a problem like that once before. The doctor told me I probably hyper extended my elbow a bit doing preachers curls. He told me to ice it down a couple time a day and take it easy for a little while. Lets see what everyone else has to say though.

the remedy is stay off the biceps for a couple of weeks until it heals otherwise you could screw it up for a long time
