    training for mass on roids

if you are on roids and you are training for mass, would your training differ?
should i purely focus on compound barbell movements, or work on specialised training....meaning should i do heavy barbell upperbody exercises one day, followed by lower body exercises the next
    or
do a week split of chest/tri's, back/bi's, legs, shoulders....?

what four day split would you experts reccommend?

If you do a search you can find alot of peoples splits but I like
    chest/tri
    back/bi
    shoulders/traps
    legs
with a 2 on 1 off split when im bulking but when im cutting i do 1 on 1 off. With off day being cardio, abs, and calves.

I.m.o its not about the split it’s the hard work you put in ,say you’ve got the best split on the planet, but you train like a girl, that will make that split worthless, a routine is just half the story, how you train will be the bigger pitcher. I stick to midrange multiple joint exercises all year round on gear or not.

My training is always the same.

    INTENSE.

The only thing that changes when bulking/cutting is DIET.

High rep schemes tell your muscles that they don't need to be big to handle heavy weight anymore so your muscles can atrophy some. Of course a high rep scheme is good to burn your muscles ONCE IN AWHILE but I wouldnt do it more than once a month.
