Home Gyms
I have seen a few old threads on Home Gyms but never really seen a pic of anyones setup. Does anybody have pics of their home gym?
If you don't but have a nice set up, list what you got. I really need some dumbells but am doing ok everywhere else. I will try to borrow a digital camera this week and post a couple of pics.

I had an home gym at my parents house that had flat bench, Incline bench, tricep machince for pull downs and over the head pulls, squat rack, donkey calf machine,3/4 in mats for the floor, cable cross overs, one lifestep 9500 series, and dumbbells 5 lbs. to 110 lbs. doubles of 25 to 45 all with a rack. I really got lucky when the local gym that I managed close the owner which is a friend of mine hated is partner that stole lots of money gave it to me and said sorry he was not able to pay me. that I could have pretty much any thing that I wanted. Got really lucky and now my new house don't have room for everything. I am trying to bring piece by piece over.

Sweet. I need your dumbell setup. Hopefully I can post my little gym this week if I can get a hold of a camera. You have a big setup there!

Thanks 1
Thanks man . I just joined here last night and it seems to be a cool board with some good people. I plan on sticking around! Ya, I have a pretty good setup. Mostly parabody equipment. I just brought that Nautilus vkr and dip station. It is very nice, I went with Nautilus because parabody wanted like $400.00 for theres and Nautilus was $206.00 out the door other wise I would have stayed with parabody. Nautilus has some really nice equipment and just as good of quality. I will post more pics soon! Train Hard And Safe All !!

Sweet setups you both have, lucky men !
I wish I had the room here at my house but until I can make more room for it, I will have to pay the old monthly gym fee :D

Thanks, just set that up about a month ago. Can really recommend the Body Solid stuff for home. Smith has 1000lb capacity on the bar. I can't wait to see the results 3 - 6 months down the road over the cruddy machine I just ditched.

Well I'll tell ya.....if I am a good boy this year, maybe Santa will bring me a Power Cage, a bar and about 500 lbs of plates. If I got that, I'd be home free of a gym.

Nice !!
Very nice setup scottp999 ! I love that last attachment you added to the gym ! Gotta get one of those. That's gotta be kicka$$ after a hard workout !!

Thanks. I think I am going to search out some yard sales and used sporting good stores to find some dumbells. I really would love the body solid hack squat/legpress combo but, I don't have the room and if I did I would need to pick up so many more weight plates and finding 100's would be a pain.
