Does anybody take a week or so off from lifting ive been lifting hardcore since janurary and i want to start a new routine so im debating whether i should take a week off and start from day 1 or just work it in?

do it, i always do after a few months or so, its good to just let your body heal totally and will help shock the muscles again when you get back to it.

Every 6-8 weeks is recommended but i usually go longer
I am on a week off now. Yes, its very good.
I seen my strength go up alot in this week period. I'm going to do it again too.
