for the 3 off days i do cardio and was thinking maybe of doing ab/s and calves on day 3 and 6 b/c when i do them on a workout day my workout last too long! What does everyone think of this?? Also i have been doing barbell curls as the staple of my bi workout since christmas. Should i change this?
