Ok I have forgotten something
when working a muscle group say the arm, if you are doing curls is the bicep the antagonist and the tricep the protagonist i knew this a few months back but i cant remember now

Yupper, Antagonist- a muscle that provides a opposing action to the action of another muscle around a joint connection. Agonist =Biceps contracting=triceps lengthening= antagonist. Great way to super set too.
