I don't have expert advise but I feel for you. I have a very slight pull, where I notice a little pain every once and a while and it never seems to get better. I don't want to take a break from physical activity to get through it. I think I did it when I played tennis last summer. Hope it gets better soon.

I play rugby and the groin is a regular problem for me and many of my colleagues. I have access to a professional physio and get ultra sound once a week depending in the severity of the injury. otherwise I'm advised to gently warm the muscle and very gently and progressivly. This usually has us back on the feild in a week or two.
