Ive been doin abs everyday for the past month but they are only showing a little bit can anyone give me an intense cardio workout so I can get that six pack for the summer
jogging or an eliptical are what i do.. do it before breakfast in the morning so its on an empty stomach. do it at medium intensity for 45 mins to 1 hour. also make sure ur diet is in check, with all three of these points u'll see them soon
