    cardio question

aye, i started doin cardio everyday about a week ago, been just walking on the treadmills at my gym, on their highest incline setting, i get my heartrate to about 150ish constant, and walk for about 40-50minutes, and i run every once in a while during my walks for a mile or so, havent ever really done alot of cardio before, so was just curious if this is good or not, any constructive comments are appreciated, thanks

do your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. Watch the running, you will loose muscle mass and develope more lean mass... all depends on what your goals are.

Well, bumping a post in this situation like was done, is gay as h*ll.

Therefore, by deductive reasoning, the person behind the gay bumping most likely possesses gay intuition that enables him to expand on that gayness and exude gay-like qualities, such as bumping perfectly straight threads.

Take 220 - (your age), mulitply that by .65 and .75
This will give you two numbers that your heart rate needs
to be within in order to maximize fat loss and retain muscle
mass. Perform cardio in the am, before breakfast for about
40-60 minutes. Steady state activity is best, so eliminate
the intermittent 1 mile runs and you are set. . .
