Advice.
I have been trying to bulk and wanted to know if this is too much for a week, and if im not giving my body enough time to rest/develop.
Monday- Chest/Triceps/Forearms
Tuesday- Back/Shoulders/Traps/Biceps
Wednesday- Legs/Little Cardio
Thursday- Chest/Triceps/Forearms
Friday- Off
Saturday- Back/Shoulders/Traps/Biceps
Sunday- Legs/Little Cardio
Should I change things up, and give myself 3 rest days and separate different muscles for a different day? or would this not be enough?
Also... is it healthy to do Abs every other day?
and is it good for my muscles if i nap an hour or two after working out

i would say its to much imo..i would split it up so ur not trainin as many muscle and also u can focus on those muscle more. i do
mon. chest/tri
tues. off
wed. legs
thurs. shoulders/traps
fri. off
sat.back/ bi's forearms
u can do abs eod thats fine. but i think doin major muscles 2 times a week is to much.

Might be to much? Its hard to tell without knowing the volume (# of sets,reps) you are doing.

also for me it would be hard to train bi's the day after forearm training.
