arms look great from front but side view sucks

My arms look great from the front but are terrible from the side. I know I need to work triceps better. It is hard for me because i hae really bad elbows. Most tri work really hurts. I have been doing heavy hammer curls lately. Has helped a bit. Any other advice???

hammer curls dont work the triceps but the bracials (sp?).
Can you dip? Perform pushdowns, closegrip benches, tricep extensions?

yes i can bench fine. Anything overhead hurts. I really want to focus on the area between my bi and tri. I used to have pretty thick arms there. can't get my arms to grow like they used to

You should have your elbows addressed bro! Sometimes it can be a simple lockup in the wrist flexors!
