like what ronnie says, everybody wants to get big, but nobody wants to lift heavy a$$ weight!
hey guys is there anyway to edit this poll to make it public?
lets go guys 95 veiwers and only 12 voters, VOTE OR DIE!![]()
I like the 8-10 range then add one heavy set of 3-6 at the end.
Ive used predominantly the 6-8 rep range, but not happy with the overall results after a long period (12 months). Im switching up to like 10-15 range, but real slow, controlled and with peak contractions with strict, strict form. So in this instance Im gonna go for the higher rep range.
ima say around 6 reps of 70 percent or so depending on your stamina already, of max of about 4 to 5 sets.
