I'll find out my Body Fat % on thursday so I will post it when I find out, but I have rather well developed muscles, it's just that nice layer of fat all over my back and stomach that I want to get rid of... What would be a good routine/diet to help "cut" me up? I want to lose more weight before I try to gain more muscle. Or does weight training help lose fat at a good rate? I alternate cardio and weights every other day... cardio even days weights odd days... then one day of rest and "cheating" but not going overboard. Even if it's been posted before, it would be kind to just post the link to it or some info would be greatly appreciated
