training legs whilst running 5 x a week

i have week legs and so always try to train them heavy, however i am cutting at the moment and jogging mon - fri - so i find that i have to decrease the intensity of my leg workout

am i gonna be loosing size on my legs?

is it even such a good idea to run after training legs
    or train legs after running?

Running isn't an ideal form of cardio due to the fact that you are most likely going past your target heart rate and will not only be burning fat but also muscle. I would suggest that unless there is another reason why you are running you switch to a different form of cardio and adhere to your target heart rate.

As for running after training legs or training legs after running, I would definitely encourage you to split up your weights and cardio into different parts of the day if possible. Do your cardio in the morning and weights later in the day.

i already have my workouts split

i always do my cardio first thing in the morning and weights at around 4pm

i could cycle i suppose but i hate cycling

couldnt i just jog really slowly, and walk for 2minutes every ten minutes.

Doesn't matter, as long as your heart rate doesn't exceed 75-80% of your MHR.

why are you not meant to run???

how long do you recommend the sprint intervals

    how about something like this?
sprint for 10secs, jog for 1min, walk for 2 then repeat

Try sprinting for 20 seconds...resting (light walk) for 40 seconds...repeat up to 12 times...if you've never done this....you might only get 6 out. Best to do this at the track rather than a treadmill
