    I think it was posted in the "Chest Workout Critique" thread in the Workout forum. It was a reply by Billy Bathgate if I remember right. However it seems to have disappeared.

    its great, but its more of a tricep movement

    i cant seem to find a good picture of one at the moment

    but you could think of it of a combined close grip/skull crusher in a way

    basically you start as a close grip (elbows tucked at your side, not flailed outwards like a regular press) then you come down straight, when you get down, then you roll the bar forward (like your about to drop it on your face and then go up a tad)

    if you looked at it from the side, it would look like the letter J movement

    ill try and find a video though

    good illustration, but quite different in how i was taught to do them

    if you hit the movie player part using the arrow keys on the cartoon to change illustrations

    i would go back, back, forward, forward

    they do the J backwards and the weight shouldnt start over your head but down towards your lower sternum more

    ive seen different people do it different ways thoguh

    in fact, i think what they are calling JM presses are really california presses...bought the same, just the J is switched around
