ways to shred abs more?
right now i have a six pack and it looks good. but. i still have alittle lose skin on top of them and i can't get rid of it. i eat clean-i'm pretty active always on the move. my body burns up everything i eat in no time. i don't do cardio cause i'm worried bout losing to my calories and it never seemed to get rid of the lose skin i have around my abs anyhow. give me some ideas... i do abs twice a week and a couple different exercises. so i do them more often?

haha. i bet those guys on taking gear anyhow.... even on gear that lose skin doesn't go away. i swear only if i was alittle taller.. 5'10". acouple dudes i know are pretty tall and they are built and have abs. being stalky kinda holds the form back. i may only weigh 161lbs but i'm no wimp max bench is 330lbs trust me i would love to weigh 175-180.....

I always work lower, upper, then lots of bends and twists throughout the course of the week, but inevitably abs come down to the diet.

you have to be in a caloric deficit to lower BF, if not doing ab exercises wont do anything but build them under the fat.

be careful with that, potasium can be just as dangerous in large amounts, and also if you're not getting enough
