weighted hanging leg raises, nothin beats em! do them hanging from a chin bar with no supports, i find this works the best. improves grip strength too![]()

try a medicine ball also. It keeps your legs evenly spread to so it liek your in a chair as you raise your legs.
How many times a week do you guys do your ab workouts?
2x tops, i usually split em up, upper and lower.
if you're controlled when doing those leg raises then it's not hard to hold on the weight
