can you do cardio for too long, im plannin on goin for an hour and half tonite, i wasnt gonna do cardio at all today but i decided i am cause...i looked in the mirror, i usually only go for about 50min-an hour, at 60-70% mhr, just curious as to if its bad to go for an amount of time such as an hour and a half

1hr is fine. As after that u start lossening up. And u don't burn that much.

You can check on that, Do some experiments; ie you burn 400 cals in an hr, if u burn 600 in 90mins thats worth it but if its less no need...

Better to go on high intensity, For an hr..

50-60 minutes is plenty. The longer the duration, the increased risk of using protein as fuel. This duration is usually >2 hours, but if you are low on carbs or working at a higher intensity, the use of proteins as fuel may begin sooner. Just do an hour and do it more times per week.

Weight train first, when you have everything in your favor. You'll be mentally and physically fresher and stronger. You'll be in the ideal physiological environment as a result of your nutrition and appropriate use of your glycogen stores for the activities your're engaging in and the respective benefits they offer. Barbells don't just come before bikes in the dictionary. For the MAXIMUM RESULT, they should be sequenced that way in the gym too.

It's better than doing cardio BEFORE weights, yes, but it's not ideal at all for fat burning/muscle building to do cardio after weights.

I won't go into it for the 1034th time here in 3 years, but a search on this topic will yield a plethora of informative scripture.
