    Double your bodyweight

I've always had a goal of bench pressing twice my bodyweight. The closest I've ever came was 350lbs. weighing 185 lbs. I was just wondering how many of you have done it. If so what was your bodyweight and how much did you lift?

emm 405 @ 230 so not quite but stay away from too much of that, my joints don't hold up well to powerlifting type training.

Damn you guys are puttin' up some pretty impressive numbers! I have a question though, were those on AS or not? The best I ever did was 260 on flat bench and I weighed like 190 or so.

Good benchers are a dime a dozen
What more people should be concerned with is a good SQUAT!!!

That's pretty damned good guys. I'm not really concerned with being strong that much anymore, I just wanna look good and if the numbers come with it: right on. I used to compete in power meets in high school and I'd see these guys weighin' 165 hittin up 355! It's just crazy to see that kinda weight bein thrown around.
